Sales & Partnerships Executive

to help grow our community, increase sales, and drive local brand visibility.

This is a

people-first, results-driven

role that combines converting leads into loyal clients with building valuable partnerships and hosting community events (think: local collabs, influencer workouts, pop-ups, and more).

What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Conversion

Follow up with leads, intro offer sign-ups, referrals, and walk-ins to

convert them into members or class pack clients

Deliver warm, consultative sales conversations -- in person, by phone, or online Track conversions and follow-up using studio CRM systems Collaborate with Studio Managers to ensure a smooth and memorable onboarding experience

Partnerships & Events

Develop relationships with

local businesses

, wellness brands, gyms, cafes, and corporates Organise

monthly influencer & community events

in-studio and on location Represent the brand at wellness fairs, networking events, and other activations Run

promotional campaigns

or partnerships to generate leads and buzz

Brand Support

Contribute to

social media content

and campaign ideas Help ensure all outreach aligns with Beyond Pilates' brand voice and community values Track event performance, lead sources, and local engagement

What You Bring

Level 3 Personal Training or Pilates qualification (required)

Sales experience or client-facing background (fitness, retail, hospitality etc.) Confident communicator, relationship-builder, and natural team player Comfortable on the phone, in person, and behind the scenes Organised, proactive, and goal-oriented -- with the ability to work independently Car and driving licence (essential for travel between studio sites)
