Turbotech Precision Products is a Company entirely dedicated to compressor wheel manufacture and development. Committed to continuous improvement in a fiercely competitive industry we have a superb opportunity for someone to join this long-established supplier to the automotive industry, located in the Altrincham area. Due to recent project wins and a substantial increase in workload, we are now looking for 2 semi-skilled operatives to join our on-site team.
The ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude who is approachable and works well as part of a wider manufacturing team. The right person will be forward thinking, be able to work under their own initiative, as well as contributing to a detailed manufacturing process. You must be health and safety minded, as well as being focused on quality of work being produced.
Job descriptions and roles:
Finishing and Inspection of aluminum castings.
Ability to use air tools
Able to work to Customer specifications
Keen eye for detail
Ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, quality, and health & safety standards throughout the site.
8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm Fridays.
Manufacture of plaster moulds.
Production of plaster blends
Production of solutions
Operation of batch weigher
Filling of plaster / solution hopper
Manufacture moulds and extraction
6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11am Friday.
Shift allowance will apply.
What you will get in return
You will receive a salary of 12.67 per hour, plus an attendance bonus of 6%. Holiday entitlement commences at the statutory level of 28 days and increases by a day each year to a maximum of 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
