An opportunity has arisen within the Economy, Regeneration and Strategic Programmes Team for a qualified and highly organised Project Manager to assist in the development and delivery of major regeneration projects.



The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of major regeneration projects on time and to budget ensuring that quality expectations and outcomes are achieved. The post holder will have a knowledge and at least three years' experience of delivering major projects including those involving civil engineering works; and an understanding of the sustainability issues relating to the management of the built and natural environment. The post will be responsible for line managing the Strategic Regeneration Projects Development Officer (Places).
