We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Senior Night Nurse
(RGN/RMN) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically skilled nurse with strong leadership abilities to oversee night-time operations and ensure the highest standards of nursing and personal care are delivered to our residents.Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the night care team to deliver person-centred care. Oversee and administer medication safely and effectively. Monitor residents' health, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns as needed. Maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and home policies. Support, mentor, and motivate junior staff members. Provide a calm, reassuring presence to residents during night hours.
Requirements
Registered Nurse
with a validNMC pin
. Previous experience working in anursing home
setting. Proven ability tolead and manage a small care team
. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills. A caring, compassionate nature and commitment to high-quality care.Benefits:
