Framed Silk Scarves curates and frames limited-edition silk scarves from leading fashion houses and contemporary artists. We're building a modern, design-led brand that treats silk scarves as artworks for the home. We're now looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support our digital presence and wider marketing activity as the brand grows.
This role is ideal for someone organised, visually aware and confident running social platforms for a design-focused business. You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in how the brand is presented online.

Role Overview
You'll manage the day-to-day running of our social channels, support with content planning, maintain our Shopify store, and assist with broader marketing tasks. It's a hands-on role where consistency, good judgement and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads and TikTok.
Write clear, on-brand captions and maintain a consistent posting cadence.
Respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly.
Maintain an organised content library.
Capture and edit photo/video content when needed.
Create strong, engaging reels -- you MUST be confident with video creation and have a creative eye.
Use AI and digital tools efficiently to streamline tasks.
Produce weekly or monthly analytics reports with key takeaways.
Marketing Support
Build and maintain an email marketing list.
Draft newsletters and product announcements.
Create simple brand-aligned assets (stories, announcements, ads).
Coordinate influencer, press or interior designer outreach, gifting and follow-up.
Keep marketing folders, calendars and project documents organised.
Website & Product Support
Upload new products to Shopify with accurate descriptions, tags and SEO fields.
Maintain consistency across product listings and photography.
Update "Ready to Ship" and "Made to Order" sections in line with stock changes.
Assist with small website updates as needed.
General Brand Support
Help prepare framed scarf shipments during busy periods (quality checks, labels, etc).
Support with occasional shoot planning and logistics.
Assist with admin across marketing, product and operations.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience managing social media for a brand or business.
Strong writing skills with an eye for clarity and tone.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confident with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta).
Competent using Adobe Express or Canva.
Able to create reels and video content from scratch.
Interest in art, interiors and/or fashion.
Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle or design-led brands.
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify.
Basic analytics and reporting skills.
Email marketing experience.
Working Hours & Salary
3.5 days per week
In-studio role -- must be available on-site 3 days a week
18,000/year (dependent on experience and working pattern; open to discussion)
