We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and protection of children and families at risk. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, community resources, and other professionals to create safe and supportive environments for children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the needs of children and families through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that prioritize the safety and well-being of children.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, facilitating access to resources and services.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, educators, and law enforcement.
  • Documenting case progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current social work licensure in the relevant state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in child welfare or family safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
