Do you have a passion for wine?

We are looking for a sommelier to join our team who either has existing knowledge and experience, or someone who has a desire to learn - we can offer you all the training and qualifications.


Our Sommeliers are warm, friendly, and caring in nature. They are an integral part of the memorable experience guests receive here at Bedruthan and Scarlet hotels by speaking and interacting with guests throughout their stay from their first drink on arrival, advising on wine pairings with dinner to bidding them a fond farewell when they depart.


We have over 150 wines carefully selected to represent what we believe in - all of our wines are old world, they are small businesses who are like minded to us, like to practice organically, take care of the environment, and who want to ensure the future of wine making for the next generation.


Your role will be shared over both of our hotels, your day will involve intimate Cornish wine tasting sessions with our guests, creating bespoke experiences throughout dinner whereby you can craft a bespoke pairing based on our guests personal tastes. Each interaction is memorable, our wine team are a shining example of hospitality at its finest, our guests adore spending time with them.
