We are seeking a dedicated
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our care home team for night shifts. This position is ideal for candidates with1-2 years of nursing home experience
, as well asnewly qualified nurses
looking to develop their careers in residential care.As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the
safety, health, and wellbeing of our residents
during night hours. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the care team to provide high-quality, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care during night shifts. Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing. Respond to emergencies and escalate issues as necessary. Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and professional standards. Support residents with personal care needs, promoting dignity and independence. Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC registration. 1-2 years of experience in a nursing home is preferred; newly qualified nurses are welcome. Strong communication, organisational, and clinical skills. Caring, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
