We're looking for applicants who:

Hold

CSRT/CSTDB Damp & Timber

qualifications. Have

at least 2 years' surveying experience

. Possess a deep understanding of buildings and defect identification. Can articulate findings clearly and produce detailed

reports/specifications

. Communicate confidently with both

homeowners

and

site managers

, tailoring their approach to each project. Collaborate seamlessly with our

in house operations team and site operatives

from outset to completion. Take pride in building and maintaining excellent working relationships within a team. Hold a full,

UK driving license

.
