Job Description

Rated Maintenance are looking for a part time surveyor to assist us in the preperation of building a scope of works to repair domestic properties to there pre-loss condition in the insurance industry. Hours are flexible depending on candidates requirements.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property surveys, collecting and analysing data, and producing detailed scopes and reports using various tools and software.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property surveys to establish works to be carried out after damage.

- Analyse survey data to create reports, and drawings

Requirements:

- Proven experience in property survey's, building of scopes for insurance related repairs.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey measurements

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on survey projects

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 22,000.00-24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
