As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our purpose, which is to attract premium talent which will enable RSM to drive growth and achieve the best results. You will be accountable for managing a team, creating and executing RSM service line resourcing strategies that enhance direct hires, ensuring both our candidates and stakeholders experience a truly market leading recruitment service.
Working closely with the Director of Talent, TA teams, HR leadership and Tax and Audit Service Line stakeholders. Gaining a thorough understanding of current and future resource forecasts and requirements to identify, attract and hire diverse internal and external talent.
