to provide vital support for pupils with SEND.Key Responsibilities:
Provide
1:1 and small group support
to pupils with SEND, helping them achieve both academically and personally. Work closely with teachers and staff to create anurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
. Support the delivery offun, interactive lessons
across the curriculum. Monitor and record pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to staff and parents. Reflect on your practice and commit to your own professional development.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children in a
school or care setting
. A professional reference to confirm your experience. AnEnhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Ability to commute to or reside inWatford
