Position Overview



Reporting to the Director , Total Rewards - International , to lead on a n array of compensation-focussed change projects and solutions for Insulet's International Commercial business , a s well as employees of other business units located outside the US . To partner and collaborate with other members of the global Total Rewards team in deepening and developing the team's tools and capabilities .



Pay Transparency and Job Architecture


Lead on p ay transparency analysis , drawing on external Legal and HR Consulting expertise and resource . Partner with i nternal and e xternal Legal Counsel and HR colleagues to review and draw up conclusions from Pay Transparency analysis; including recommendations for Compensation Planning .


Develop as Subject Matter Expert on pay transparency as further European countries publish their legislation in this field Share this expertise with the wider Insulet HR and Legal team s , and build a sustainable model to continue developing and updating this expertise over time Lead on the i nterpret ation of pay transparency analysis into actionable insights for HR and managers to follow Bring general proposals on how to secure compliance with Pay Transparency legislation over time Lead on the planning and groundwork for reviewing Job Architecture for Insulet's International Commercial business unit, and other roles located outside the US ( 18 countries in total) .


Partner with HRBPs, S enior Leadership Teams and middle management to ensure emp loyee s are aligned to the correct roles and levels Draft career path s and associated Job Profiles, codes and benchmarks fo r the assigned populations Liaise with US Commercial and US Reward colleagues as required

Coach and assist other members of the Insulet Total Rewards team as required , particularly in the fields of Job Architecture and Pay Transparency .


Education and Experience



Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education or experience.


Substantial experience with international compensation programs


Preferred Skills and Experience :

Demonstrated experience in Human Resources within public company environments with broad exposure to salary management, incentive compensation , and related activities and technologies .


Demonstrated ability to partner with HR colleagues and managers in delivering Total Rewards programmes


Ability to coach, mentor and manage less senior team members, and non-Reward specia lists.


Experience with Pay Equality and Transparency legislation, particularly in EMEA and Outside US Americas


Competent in benchmarking and job evaluation . Experience with Aon-Radford, Mercer and WillisTowersWatson surveys and methodologies particularly desirable.


Compensation, benefits, job evaluation and/or HR certifications desirable.


Ability to work independently to solution complex reward issues and queries


Strong analytical and communication skills , able to translate technical concepts into clear direction and guidance . Skill in handling employee queries and communication.


Experience or qualifications in e mployee r elations and/or e mployment law


NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet's London office at least three (3) days per week.
