As demand for our van conversions continues to grow, we're seeking a Van Sales Specialist to take ownership of new business development in this key market segment.

The Role



This is a new business role focused exclusively on selling van conversions.
You'll identify, engage, and convert new customers across the UK -- building relationships with fleets, leasing providers, and direct end users who require tailored van conversion solutions.

You'll manage the complete sales process from prospecting to close, working closely with the commercial and production teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

This is a target-driven, high-activity role requiring initiative, resilience, and strong commercial understanding of the vehicle conversion space.

Responsibilities



Generate new business opportunities for van conversions across target sectors including utilities, civils, fleets, brokers, and leasing providers. Identify and qualify prospects, creating and executing structured outreach campaigns. Manage the full sales process -- from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and close. Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure conversion feasibility, specification accuracy, and profitability. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity and conversion KPIs are met. Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through consistent prospecting and closing performance. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation. Represent CPD professionally at trade events, customer visits, and industry functions.

Skills



Proven track record in van or commercial vehicle conversion sales within a B2B environment (essential). Demonstrable success in winning new business and converting cold opportunities into sales. Strong understanding of van conversion products, customer applications, and build processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach. Confident user of HubSpot CRM (or similar), with disciplined pipeline and activity management. Commercially astute -- able to balance customer requirements, specification, and margin. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused, with the drive to achieve results independently. Knowledge of the relevant industry sector is essential Right to work in the UK
