What will you be doing?

You'll be supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties between the ages of 20- 60 in their own home.

You'll be involved in supporting them in all activities of daily living as need to help them to live their lives how they want to.

You will empower them to make decisions for themselves, achieve their own dreams, goals and aspirations.

You will support them to ensure they are actively involved in their local community.

Assisting them to make maintain relationships with friends and family and support them to be as independent as possible by assisting them to learn life skills such as cooking and cleaning, managing finances, socialising and support in engaging in meaningful hobbies/activities.

We have a full time and part time position available.

You will need to have flexibility to work shifts - starting at 22:00 and finishing at 10:00.

We are looking for people who are able to work 30 or more per week

Sleep ins at the service are 51.75 per shift + 12.07% (holiday pay)
