We are seeking a skilled tiler to tile 20 + bathrooms in high end barn conversions in Chester.
Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, and applying adhesives as necessary.
Lay tiles in accordance with design specifications, patterns, and layouts.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
Perform carpentry tasks related to tile setting when required.
Conduct construction painting as needed to finish projects neatly.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction, particularly in tile setting or related fields.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
Strong understanding of carpentry principles is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
