We are seeking x2 skilled Tilers to start asap on apartments in Manchester
Will be required to work on bathrooms ceiling and floors.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Tiler will work closely with other tradespeople to deliver exceptional results on each project.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayment.
Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precision in alignment and spacing.
Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications and project requirements.
Apply grout and sealant to finished tile work, ensuring a polished and durable finish.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of tile work within broader projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic repairs as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Skills
Proficient in construction techniques related to tile setting.
Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in tile installation.
CSCS card
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus for completing projects effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
