: Weekend Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers regarding company products, services, and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
We offer competitive pay rates and a positive work environment. This is a part-time position working on weekends, however maybe requested to cover annual leave when the main receptionist is on annual leave.
