Fishbox is a start-up company that supplies a subscription box of fresh fish nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work within a creative and fast-paced company. You will need to be an extremely driven and self-motivated individual.The Customer Service Administrator is a key member of the Fishbox team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills along with a professional and confident telephone manner. With your friendly, self-motivated approach, you will work well within a team and have the ability to prioritise and organise your workload.Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service support at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact for all Fishbox customers.
  • Take payments, amend customer orders and book fishboxes into the courier system.
  • Resolve any issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Ensure strong customer relationships are built and maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics/courier providers to achieve efficient and cost effective delivery of Fishboxes.
  • Provide support, advice and information, as required, to customers.
  • Maximise sales potential on all orders.
  • Liaise with Marketing and the Factory to ensure Fishboxes are sent out with appropriate marketing material.
  • Offer ideas/updates to help speed up/develop the administration site.
  • Direct calls to other departments.
  • Identify trends in customer emails.
  • Produce weekly reports.
  • Keep up to date with our product and service offering.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to learn an in-house system and have good knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Be articulate and have excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and be confident interacting with customers.
  • Have experience using Google mail, docs, etc.
  • Be flexible and be able to prioritise a changing to do list.
  • Be accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Be professional and a good team player.
  • Be proactive and willing to help with varied requests.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 17,000.00 /year
