Competitive Pay Structure


Earn approximately 250 per 24.5-hour shift, including a 60 sleep-in allowance.

Supportive and Predictable Shift Pattern


Typical shift: 10:00am-11:00pm, sleep-in, then 7:00am-10:30am. Full rest between shifts is always provided to support wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-quality residential care based on empathy, trust and consistency Support daily routines, including education, meals, personal care and bedtime Encourage involvement in recreational, outdoor and therapeutic activities Stay calm and professional in challenging situations Work alongside permanent staff to maintain structure and continuity Keep accurate, up-to-date safeguarding and care records

What We're Looking For



Experience in residential childcare, youth work, education or a similar care setting Ability to support young people with complex emotional or behavioural needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a child-centred approach Resilience, reliability and a genuine commitment to high-quality care Full UK driving licence (essential) Willingness to work long-day shifts with sleep-ins as required
