Project description/-goal:
Customer is currently in the preparation phase of a global, group-wide business transformation program. The program is business-led and IT-enabled and focuses on building a new IT foundation incl. S/4 as core to shape the future business. The program is set up together with an SI/BI who are currently being identified.
Scope of Task
- SAP PP, PP/PI expert to contribute the SAP perspective on what is feasible with S/4HANA and LoB solutions (Business Capabilities & Best Practices).
- Ensure consistency in key design decisions and provide support on functional topics.
- Validate key decisions against SAP s long-term strategy, product roadmap, and technology availability.
- Identify and drive harmonization opportunities across divisions, business types, and geographies, as well as potential for standardization.
- Highlight the implications of deviations from SAP standard.
- Orchestrate product strategy workshops as needed.
- Map SAP solutions to business capabilities and requirements (e.g., differentiation needs).
- Provide industry expertise (Pharma + CropScience) and bring outside-in perspectives from other customers.
- Providing, status, integration aspects and outlook in case of co-innovation.
Sourcing details:
Experience in GxP-regulated environments is an advantage.
