Job Title: 1:1 Qualified Tutor
Location: Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary: 25.00 - 30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
The 1:1 Qualified Tutor will provide personalised tutoring sessions to students in a one-on-one setting. They will create and implement tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs, monitor student progress, and adjust teaching methods accordingly. The tutor will also provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the subject area - Ability to motivate and engage students - Excellent organisational skills - Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education - Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
