Site Supervisor / Facilities ManagerPurpose of the role
Support a short, time-bound refresh of the premises by carrying out basic painting and site cleaning to ensure safe, tidy and presentable work areas.
Key responsibilities
Painting (basic):
Cleaning: Exprience of using pressure washer advantageous
Essential requirements
Previous experience in basic painting/decorating and general cleaning. Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a daily plan with minimal supervision. Fit to undertake manual tasks.
Right to work in the UK.
Tools & materials
Brushes, rollers, trays, dust sheets, fillers, sandpaper, cleaning materials and waste bags provided on site.
