1:1 Child Specific Teaching and Learning Support Assistant (Fixed Term)

Salary:
Band C, full time equivalent salary range: 25,992 to 28,624. Actual salary for working 32.5 hours over 39 weeks is 19,571 to 21,553 per annum.
Part-time:
39 weeks per year, term time
Hours of work:
6.5 hours per day to meet the needs of the child. Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week. 8:30am - 3:30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
Contract: Fixed term - this role is attached to a specific child and will end when the child leaves the school.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated child specific Teaching & Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team and support a child in Year 4 with ASD.
The successful candidate will:
Be a creative, caring practitioner who is dynamic, passionate and able to work collaboratively in a team and is committed to delivering outstanding quality care and provision
Have experience of working with SEND pupils
Have enthusiasm for working with children and developing their individual skills and knowledge
Be a professional who is able to work in partnership with parents and other stakeholders
Be an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
