Hours:

8am- 1pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday

We are seeking a caring, compassionate early years professional to be a part of our team! The successful candidate will have a passion for early education and learning and developing little minds, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people. The ideal candidate will have a calm and patient manner, will love working with kids and be familiar with common childhood development milestones. Our organisation is looking for a qualified early years professional who can build strong working relationships and demonstrate superior listening and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will love being an integral part of our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an understanding of child development. Demonstrate a knowledge of children's learning needs and how to meet them. Demonstrate good communication skills with children, parents/carers, and staff. Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's health and welfare. Demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. Demonstrate understanding of SEND in the early years, and supporting child's one plan, and send meetings.
