About the Role

High Impact Academic Coaching Ltd. provides bespoke, 1:1 academic support to young people with SEND who may require personalised learning pathways, structured routine, and continuous engagement.

We are currently seeking teachers who can deliver

Maths and/or English

tuition on an individual basis to learners in Rochester. Students may be disengaged, out of mainstream settings, or working towards re-establishing progress.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Plan sessions tailored to individual learning needs Support academic development and confidence Provide consistent weekly sessions Record attendance, progress and outcomes in line with our reporting expectations

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

? UK residency and ability to deliver sessions in person
? Experience supporting SEND learners or a genuine willingness to adapt
? A patient, supportive and commitment-led approach
? Strong communication and reliability

Applicants will be required to:

Complete an

Enhanced DBS check

and maintain our safeguarding standards at all times.
