1:1 Support Play Worker

Job Description
Simply Out of School are recruiting a 1:1 support Play Worker for our breakfast and after school club based in Coety primary School.
Hours of work:
Tuesdays (Term time only)
Breakfast Club - 7:00am - 9:00am
After School Club - 3.00pm - 6:00pm
Potential for additional hours
:
*Providing 1:1 support to a child in a play setting at breakfast and after school club.
*Assisting with the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school Club, including setting up and clearing up.
Preparing snack in line with club's Healthy Eating Policy.
Supervising play opportunities with children.
Contributing towards planning and preparation of craft activities and assisting children with these.
Qualifications:
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Playwork or CCLD is essential.
Current First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene Certificates is an advantage.
Experience:
Playwork / childcare experience with children aged 3 - 11 years is an advantage.Two references will be required at interview stage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
