The Role

We are looking for a

dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Support Practitioner

to join our passionate team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a child aged

2-4 years

, providing personalised support that helps them thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

What You'll Do

Provide consistent, compassionate 1:1 support tailored to the child's individual needs. Work collaboratively with our SENCO, Key Person, and external professionals to implement and review support plans. Create engaging, sensory-rich experiences that promote learning through play. Observe and document progress using the EYFS and Development Matters framework. Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment where the child feels secure and valued. Communicate regularly with parents and carers, building strong partnerships based on trust and transparency.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children aged 2-4 years

in an early years setting.

Previous 1:1 support experience

is highly desirable. A

Level 3 childcare qualification

or equivalent. A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's development. Strong understanding of the EYFS and inclusive practices for children with additional needs. A genuine passion for making a difference in a child's life.
