Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To individually support the learning and personal development of a pupil with additional needs, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them. To follow the child from lesson to lesson to provide mainly in-class support, and at times to work out of class 1:1 on tasks.
SPECIFIC DETAILS:
15 hours per week - (3 hours per day), term time only. Commencing September/October 2025 Hours vary slightly each day of the week but will always fall between 08:50 and 12:40 - (total 3hrs per day) Monday to Friday Some experience of working with children with SEN would be desirable You will need to be able to move around the school to attend different lessons on different levels of the school. Nurturing approach is essential Understand of Zones of Regulation an advantage
RATE OF PAY:
12.62 per hourSTART DATE: As soon as possible in Autumn Term 2025
