1:1 Teaching Assistant - Year 4 Pupil (Chichester)

who are looking for a committed and nurturing

1:1 Teaching Assistant

to work with a Year 4 pupil. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to a young learner who requires tailored, consistent support.


The Role:



Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil, both in and out of class. Implement strategies to help with focus, engagement and emotional regulation. Support learning across core subjects, adapting materials where needed. Encourage positive behaviour, self-esteem and social development. Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO and parents to ensure consistent progress.

About You:



Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and/or additional needs is desirable. Calm, patient and resilient, with excellent relationship-building skills. Able to use creativity and positivity to re-engage a learner who may find school challenging. Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team.
