About the role

We are seeking for an experienced

Accounts Payable Supervisor

to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.



This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our transactional processing team, ensuring the smooth running of our accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. You'll be the central point of contact for all AP/AR queries, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal colleagues to deliver timely and accurate financial transactions.



You'll play a key role in safeguarding processes, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting continuous improvement , while making sure our finance service is reliable, efficient, and customer focused.

The role - What You'll be doing?

Responsible for guaranteeing that all creditors are paid in all prescribed timescales and invoices raised appropriately. Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation. Provide the central point of contact for all queries and questions relating to all transactional actions both internally and externally. Co - ordinate the team to guarantee adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures Report progress on resources, scope, and timeline to stakeholders.
