Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal London team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. The role involves supporting the Legal Operations Team and contributing to various projects, including digitalisation initiatives and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Manage post files upload and document management.
  • Execute e-campaigns, including training sessions and surveys.
  • Handle authorised signatory requests using PREP and MySign tools.
  • Facilitate the execution of legal documents via DocuSign.
  • Update legal organisation charts and manage document archiving and retrieval.
  • Conduct level 1 control checks and compile monthly KPI reports using Power BI.
  • Review and suggest improvements to procedures.
  • Assist in creating charts, spreadsheets, and managing legal databases.
  • Support cross-departmental projects and digitalisation efforts within the legal function.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the department.

  • Desirable:
o French language skills.
o Previous internship experience.
