We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to lead and develop our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire players to reach their full potential. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive team environment while implementing effective training programmes that enhance both individual skills and team dynamics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring all players are engaged and learning effectively.
Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among players.
Organise and oversee competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding team progress and expectations.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and trends in football to continually improve training methods.
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in football.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with players of all ages.
A thorough understanding of football rules, strategies, and training methodologies.
Ability to motivate and inspire players while maintaining discipline within the team.

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
