We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills

the shifts will be 3 days out of 7 to include weekends and evenings

Duties:

- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a tidy and organised sales area

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries promptly

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers

- Organisational abilities to keep stock replenished

- Ability to sell products persuasively

- Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
