Guest Experience Assistant

What you will be doing

You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.

You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.

Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.

Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.

Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.

Planning and delivering our market leading true life events program.

Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.

Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.

Creating content for social media platforms.

Able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the business.

You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.

Self motivated, professional, resilient, adaptable & fun.

A strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, plan & organise.

Ensures a high standard of appearance at all times.

Hours per week : 16-20 hours per week, dependent on applicant.

Shift pattern: 2-3 days per week to business needs, evenings and weekends primarily

Rate of pay: 12.50 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
