This post involves the safe and punctual transport of children and young people to and from educational settings within Nottingham City.
Essential Criteria
Applicants
must
hold:
Full
Category D1 (without 101 restriction)
or
Category D
driving licence
Valid
PSV entitlement
Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Enhanced DBS clearance
(or willingness to undertake)
Knowledge of
safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
Key Duties
Transport pupils safely in accordance with agreed routes and timetables
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
Maintain high standards of professionalism, conduct, and care
Comply with all
PSV, safeguarding, and council transport requirements
