The post involves providing first-line support to clients, resolving issues and queries presented via our monitoring and ticketing system, as well as phone calls. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating and working with senior support for more complex problems.
You will also have the opportunity to work with senior staff to create solutions to improve internal and client systems.
Responsibilities
Work with clients in person, over the phone, and through our ticketing system, in a friendly and helpful way
Provide clients with basic troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, cloud, and network-related issues
Document and track issues, ensuring client documentation is maintained well.
Use our powerful RMM tool to monitor client systems, automate them, and improve their performance.
Escalate tickets that require senior support.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.

Basic knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy).
