Responsibilities

:

- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer IT incidents, assisting with technical support and issue resolution

- Assist with customer service requests, including hardware and software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Follow documented procedures and maintain consistent standards to ensure quality and service level agreements are met

- Collaborate with team members, escalating complex issues when necessary

- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our ticketing system

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, striving for positive customer experiences throughout the support process

Requirements

:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk, supporting Microsoft Windows 10

- Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Office

- Customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

- Basic understanding of associated IT services, such as server environments and Microsoft Cloud services

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
