Are you a techy-minded Customer Service professional looking for an exciting new challenge? One of our fantastic clients, a leading Tech Company in Nottingham City Centre currently has an opening to join its IT Support team on an initial 6-month basis! Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from clients
  • Help users diagnose problems, escalating where necessary
  • Provide solutions to software based issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for the business
Skills & Experience To be successful for this role, you’re going to need to love it when things get a bit techy! Aside from that, the following would be great:
  • Previous telephone-based customer Service experience
  • Experience in an IT Support role advantageous but not essential
  • Good IT skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience in using a ticketing system
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Location: Nottingham Salary: c£22,000 – £25,000 D.O.E Unfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
