1st/2nd Line Support And Sales Analyst

Job Description

The 1st/2nd Line Customer Support analyst provides software support to our customers.

Internal admin support is required, along with some soft sales calls to new trial users of the software.

Key Responsibilities



Providing first point of contact telephone and email support to external customers and providing an excellent level of service Performing 1st line support duties, including remote troubleshooting for users Call logging and ticket management Ensure Call-backs and Admin are completed daily. Ability to provide training sessions to new clients. Provide and write training documents. Participating in the testing of new releases of PlanUp Software

Key Skills



Essential experience



Fast learner Ability to use logical thinking to investigate and diagnose faults. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Good customer service skills and confident on the phone General IT Understanding Understanding of Windows, Apple and Android operating systems

Desirable experience



Experience in a 1st Line/Helpdesk Support role Housing Market/Estate Agent knowledge

Pay: 25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
