We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing essential support and solutions to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise in various operating systems and networking will be crucial in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Duties
Respond promptly to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Mac OS, and other operating systems.
Assist users with computer networking problems, including LAN configurations and DNS settings.
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Install and manage 3CX VoIP systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic networking
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential)
