Senior 3rd Line Support - 45-53K - Office based Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced IT individual who is looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding IT company near Wickford as a Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer.

Summary of the Role:
- Hands-on / remote IT Support
- Provide 3rd line support as appropriate for all incidents and requests.
- Provide escalations support when the helpdesk can\'t resolve the ticket
- Mentor Jr members of staff
- Provide project support
- Travel out to client sites on occasion
- Assist with the out of hours rota
- Access to your own car is essential
- Previous 3rd Line Support experience
- Troubleshooting and maintaining OnPrem and Cloud infrastructure
- Building, migrating, installing, and troubleshooting Servers
- Strong networking skills - Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers
- Virtualisation Technologies
- O365 / SharePoint / Teams
- Cloud Technologies - Azure / Intune
- Hardware / Software troubleshooting and implementation
- VPN technologies
- Backup technologies
The position is based in Essex, so you must be able to commute to the office Monday - Friday.
