Job Details
We are delighted to be representing two separate Firms, both leading West End / Central Firms on specific roles:
Disputes Associate - 2-4 PQE (White Collar Crime)
A prestigious London law firm with an exceptional reputation for advising high-profile individuals, including HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, public figures, and royalty, is seeking a talented disputes associate to join its leading White Collar Crime team.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex and high-value matters involving criminal and regulatory investigations, fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, and other financial misconduct. Acting for clients whose reputations demand the utmost discretion, you will play a key role in delivering strategic, commercially astute advice and managing sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Applicants should have between two and four years' post-qualification experience in criminal or regulatory disputes, ideally gained within a highly regarded firm or specialist boutique. Strong technical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent judgment are essential, as is the confidence to liaise directly with sophisticated clients and counsel. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside market-leading practitioners in a team renowned for its discretion, intellect, and commitment to excellence.
Ideally you will have represented high-profile individuals in police stations and courts and be fully equipped to prepare cases for trial.
Banking Litigation Associate - 2-5 PQE (Corporate Recovery and Financial Disputes)
A leading West End firm with a strong reputation for commercial dispute resolution is looking to recruit an ambitious associate to join its busy and dynamic Corporate Recovery and Banking Litigation team.
The team advises an impressive roster of more than thirty lenders, including challenger banks, international institutions, and private lenders, on a wide range of contentious matters. The work encompasses enforcement actions, loan recoveries, insolvency disputes, and broader banking and finance litigation. This is a fast-paced environment offering exposure to high-quality work and direct client contact from the outset.
The ideal candidate will have between two and five years' PQE with solid experience in banking or financial disputes, ideally gained within a respected commercial litigation practice. A strong academic background, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegiate, highly regarded team where talent and initiative are recognised and rewarded.
