Job Description

We're Hiring: 2 x Construction Managers - Southern Water Clean Rivers & Seas Programme
We're working with a leading contractor on the Southern Water framework who are looking for two Construction Managers to oversee and deliver a range of workstreams within the Clean Rivers and Seas Capital Delivery programme.
You'll be responsible for managing works across:

Planned & Reactive Maintenance
Manhole Sealing
Minor Civils
Lining Works

Your role will include:

Overseeing full project lifecycle delivery
Managing site noticing, compliance, and commercial aspects
Estimating and quoting for works
Reporting progress and liaising with clients
Leading handover and close-out of completed works

What we're looking for:

Experience delivering works for Southern Water or similar water utility projects
Background in capital delivery (ideally clean water or wastewater)
Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work from the Battle / Hastings office (with site visits as needed)
