As an MBA intern in our Human Health division, you will be assigned challenging projects on teams across various functions in marketing and commercial operations responsible for prescription medicines and vaccines. We are focused on driving growth and patient impact and fulfilling our company\xe2\x80\x99s mission to save and improve lives.

Types of work include:

• Strategic development and realization
• Addressing key strategic issues, evaluating choices, developing recommendations, and increasing the rigor of decision making
• Producing insight into competitors, customers, and industry trends
• Building upon commercial and strategic analytic frameworks to improve alignment, growth, and efficiency
• Conducting systemic research of the global healthcare industry
• Collaborating across teams and key stakeholders to develop a network of subject matter experts and data sources contributing to a project\xe2\x80\x99s success
• Delivering executive level insight to senior management

Required Education and Skills:

• Candidates must currently hold a BA or BS Degree
• Candidates must currently enroll in an MBA program
• Candidates must be registered for the Fall 2023 Semester and must have completed one year of MBA coursework by Summer 2024
• Candidates must have strong communications skills; ability to communicate complex issues/dynamics in a clear and easy to understand manner
• Candidates must have a Strategic mindset & critical thinking ability
• Candidates must have highly developed interpersonal, written, verbal and negotiation/influencing skills
• Candidates must have proven ability to collaborate, manage projects, and organize one\xe2\x80\x99s work; ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Candidates must have experience working on cross-functional teams
• Candidates must be proficienct in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates must have the ability to begin intern assignment May/June 2024 and commit for 10-12 weeks

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Candidates should have experience in Business/Data analytics/Digital Marketing experience
• Candidates should have experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
• Candidates should have experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other related regulated industries

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$98,280 - $106,860
