This position is within the Global Medical & Scientific Affairs (GMSA) Designated Point of Contact (DPOC) and Patient Access team. The DPOC and Patience Access team is responsible for the overall management of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s intake process for Medical, Safety, and Quality inquiries.

The intern will support the DPOC and Patient Access team on a variety of process and systems initiatives in support of the GMSA organization at large. This may include supporting initiatives for the implementation of a new Global Intake System, the management of the DPOC process (by facilitating meetings and general project management), and resource development for the use of the Global DPOC community (e.g. job aids, training materials, team space improvements, etc.). The DPOC Intern may also be responsible for creating efficiencies for the DPOC and Patience Access team by leveraging company-approved tools. There is potential for the DPOC Intern to support additional projects and associated initiatives within Medical Operations.

We are seeking intern candidates with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment. The DPOC Intern will complete the internship having gained a strong foundation of the Pharmaceutical Complaint intake space.

Required Education and Experience:

Candidates must be a currently enrolled undergraduate pursuing a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or a graduate student in a science, business, or technology related field

Candidates must be self-driven and hard-working

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written skills

Candidates must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects

Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site for up to (12) consecutive weeks beginning around June of 2024

Preferred Experience and Skills

Candidates should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Candidates should have strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications (e.g. Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) as well as shared collaboration tools and sites

Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
