WHAT YOULL DO

During your 12-month placement, you'll work within our Clinical Project Management team as part of a structured

rotation

across

four areas

. This gives you a comprehensive understanding of how life-saving medicines begin their journey:

Project Coordination

(6 months): Help set up project management tools, professionally manage team meetings, and engage directly with clients to ensure projects run smoothly.

Project Management

(2 months): Assist project managers in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, risks, budget, and quality standards.

Study Start-Up

(2 months): work hand-by-hand with our specialists to prepare and submit the essential documentation for UK Ethics Committees approvals that allow clinical trials to begin.

Clinical Trial Documentation

(2 months): Conduct quality checks on study documents, and help maintain the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

You must be a

current university student

, working towards a

Bachelor's

degree in

Life

or

Health Sciences


You should have started your degree in 2024 and be in your second year of study in 2025-2026, planning a 12-month placement between your second and final year
Experience managing multiple projects in an academic or professional setting is an advantage
Strong planning, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Ability to work to deadlines and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
Confident computer skills:

MS Office

(specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) and

ADOBE


Clear teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
