Responsibilities:
Our graduate programme will see you making an immediate contribution to a range of complex consulting projects. Working with and learning from some of the industry's top consultants, you'll tackle challenges such as:
Creating attention-grabbing communication strategies
Planning major projects such as HR transformations and organisational restructures
Developing employee experience surveys and insights
Delivering communication campaigns on subjects like wellbeing, career development and benefits
Analysing data, drawing conclusions and presenting your results.
Broadening your understanding of our client solutions
Building relationships with our prestigious clients to the point that you become their key contact
Qualifications

Requirements:
Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you'll need to be:
A natural problem solver with a creative and analytical mind
A strong communicator in writing as well as in person
Able to build relationships and earn the trust of stakeholders
Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge
At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline, although a related discipline such as marketing, communication or humanities may be advantageous

We're open to hybrid working for this role, which means blending working at home with at least three days in the office (four in your first few months), collaborating with and learning from the people around you.
