Our Accounting & Finance Graduate programme is the perfect start for a graduate looking to become a qualified accountant and build their long-term career in Finance.

The team:
Our Finance function is central to delivering the firm's strategic objectives and driving sustainable, profitable growth. The team provides vital financial insights, supports well-informed decision-making, and ensures strong financial and regulatory control.
The Finance department's core focus areas are:
Supporting sound commercial decisions through insightful analysis and business partnering
Enabling effective business operations with efficient finance processes
Safeguarding the organisation with robust financial and regulatory controls
Our activities span three key pillars: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Operations, and Control, delivered through finance hubs in the UK, Luxembourg, and Singapore, as well as local teams in other regions.
As a graduate, you will take part in a two-year rotational programme across Accounting, Financial Control, and FP&A. Your experience will include practical work on analytical reviews, budgeting, month-end processes, transfer pricing, and project-based assignments, giving you broad exposure to the essential workings of Finance at Schroders. The final year rotation will be tailored to your strengths and the needs of the business.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications we're looking for:
An honours degree or equivalent - we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade
Maths A-level or equivalent is preferable (a STEM degree if you do not hold a Maths A-level or equivalent)
You will be in your final year of study or already graduated
A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
