next summer (2026).

Despite my client being a software company, they are happy for Graduates to have studied any subject at degree level as long as it has an element of maths or analysis (ie: Business, Economics, Statistics etc). Unlike other Graduate schemes, you're not just stuck reading manuals and shadowing other staff. You're given real projects to work on from the start. You quickly start contributing to the success of the business and will see your responsibilities and salary grow in line with the value you bring.

You will receive full training, regular 1-2-1's with your designated mentor and salary increases based on your performance. To be fully eligible to work in the UK (you need full right to work, not a student or graduate visa)

- A

1st or 2:1 Bachelor's Degree

or a

4 year Masters Degree (not 1 year Masters Degree)

in a subject with an element of Maths or Analysis.

- Strong A Level grades - a 'BBB' or above ideally including Maths, Economics, Statistics, Business

Grade 7 or above in Maths GCSE

- Part time work experience in a customer facing role (shop, cafe, pub etc)

- Be a solution-oriented problem-solver, driven and ambitious, a critical thinker, an excellent communicator, be flexible, inquisitive and eager to learn.

- Happy to work full time in East Anglia.

30k basic salary (with potential to rise to 40,000 within your first year) + benefits, and opportunities to travel the world!
